Block 164 is a seventeen-story Class A office tower located on the University Brackenridge Medical Campus.

APC consulted with Zapalac / Reed Construction on Block 164, beginning in the early stages of design through completion of exterior enclosure construction. We performed multiple iterations of drawing peer review, assisted with troubleshooting of complex details during performance testing of the unitized curtain wall system, and documented the construction of building enclosure elements including blind-side subgrade waterproofing, extensive horizontal hot fluid-applied waterproofing below Red River Street, and upper-level terrace waterproofing, roofing, and curtain wall systems.

The project was completed and achieved LEED certification in 2024.
